Kevin O’Sullivan. President & CEO
During his past 30 years in the construction and development industry, and prior to founding Tower Holdings Group, Kevin served as Founder and President of Time Square Construction and as Senior VP of a NY-based General Contracting firm leading prominent projects such as the Arthur Ashe Stadium, the Apple Flagship store, and renovations at Grand Central Station.
Kevin holds a degree in construction management from Tralee Technical College in Co. Kerry, Ireland.
Michael J. Giambra. Chief Financial Officer
Michael is a CPA licensed in NYS, with 30 years of experience in financial controls and due diligence with a successful record of large-scale private equity sales, and sweeping asset purchase, transactions in the NYC high rise construction industry. In addition to various CFO positions, and financial consultant engagements in the NY/NJ construction arena, highlights of Michael’s professional career include Co-Founder, Managing Member, CFO of JM Barclay LLC, and Carrick Holding Company LLC as well as VP, Chief Accounting Officer at Dualstar Technologies Corp.
Iryna Suhnaska. Executive Vice President
Iryna provides business acumen and focuses on structuring, negotiating, and documenting all aspects of development and construction matters.
Prior to joining Tower Holdings Group, Iryna practiced as an attorney in Chicago, Illinois representing developers, contractors, and sureties on private and public projects. A native of Ukraine, Iryna moved to Illinois at a young age where she later earned her bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Illinois; she is admitted to the Illinois and New York Bar.
James Abadie. Director of Business Operations & Real Estate Development
Jim brings more than 35 years of experience in Construction Management, Development and Field Operations. For 30 years Jim worked for Bovis Lend Lease, where he ran the NY office. During his tenure there, he oversaw the Construction of NY Hospital, AOL Time Warner and numerous residential, commercial, healthcare and public-sector projects. Under his leadership, the NY office secured up to $2 billion of work annually. His expertise is identifying and solving problems for our clients.
Fergal Conefrey. Managing Director, Time Square Construction.
Fergal has been with Time Square Construction since its founding. Originally a Project Manager, he was promoted to Senior Project Manager, and later to Head of Construction before assuming his current position as the Managing Director. Prior to his time with the company, he served as Project Executive for Navillus Contracting. With over 20 years of experience in NYC Construction, he has worked both in the capacity of trade subcontractor, Construction Manager and Developer and has overseen construction of over 1000 residential and hotel units and over 1 million square feet of high rise construction.
Martin Dooley. Director of Operations, Alubuild USA & HDK Construction.
Martin brings more than 20 years of high-rise construction experience. As Director of Operations for Alubuild USA and HDK, he oversees the entire construction process from project set-up and on-site coordination up to its completion. Given his background as a Special Rigger, he brings invaluable and unique solutions to each project he is involved in. Martin attended Athlone Institute of Technology in West Meath, Ireland, and earned a certificate in engineering from the Department of Civil, Construction and Mineral Engineering.
Krzysztof Karolak. Director of Operations, Aluprof USA.
With over 10 years of experience in construction and façade installation, Krzysz leads the US operations and directs business development. He also played an integral role in conceptualizing and executing Aluprof’s expansion to the United States. Native of Poland, Krzysz is the principal liaison between Aluprof USA and our Polish partners. Krzysz has managed and collaborated on projects such as 47th East 34th Street, The Icon, 32 Lex, Brooklyn Navy Yard, and 125 Greenwich.
Conor Lee. Director of Operations, Tower Holdings Ireland
Conor is an RICS Chartered Project Manager with 26 years of extensive construction management and development experience in Europe and the Middle East. With significant exposure in operational and business leadership, management of clients, local authorities, design and project delivery teams (including D&B/ EPC), across all sectors of the industry. Previous to joining Tower Holdings Group, Conor managed a construction business unit in the UAE which was part of the Interserve Plc group of companies.
Liam Ó Súilleabháin. Director of Operations, Alubuild Ireland
Liam has worked exclusively in the façade and envelope sector for 30 years, primarily in UK and Middle East in every facet of the industry including design, production and project delivery. Liam has participated in or has led the delivery of major projects internationally including Vauxhall Cross MI6 HQ, Commercial Union and Nat West Tower façade refurbishment, Milton and Shire House in UK and Burj Al Arab Hotel, Emirates Towers, Dubai International Airport and The Burj Khalifa in Dubai as well as a number of major schemes in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and beyond.
John Weafer. Director of Operations, Trinity Engineering
John brings more than 26 years of experience working in the Electrical Industry. Having worked in Ireland, The Middle East Holland, Sweden and Denmark, John held Management roles since 2012 with the top three Electrical Engineering Companies operating out of Ireland: Jones Engineering Group, Mercury Engineering and Dornan Engineering, working overseas. Prior to his experience abroad, he worked on various Projects in Ireland with some of the largest Architects, M+E Consulting Engineering and Main Contractors and founded the successful electrical contracting company, Berkley Electrical LTD, where he served as Managing Director.
